MAKE IT WORK
Life is filled with great challenge. But you can make it work. Your first attempt, or your first two dozen attempts, may result in disappointment. Even so, you have what it takes to pick yourself back up again and make it work.
You are unique, and determined, and creative and innovative and willing to adapt to changing conditions. The fact is, whatever life throws at you, you can make it work.
You can make it work, when you're willing to take responsibility for your own fulfillment. Be thankful for the inspiration, encouragement and assistance of others, but don't let yourself be dependent. You can make it work by being the person who steps forward and does the work.
Wherever you've come from, wherever you wish to go, whatever challenge is in front of you, you can make it work.
Sure, it would be easier to give up, to give in to the excuses and to let the world pass you by while complaining about how unfair it all is. But what a shame that would be. Because you know, deep inside, that when you choose, you can make it work.

This is very inspiring
. I have tried to change my life, but I have failed. I’ve attempted many times, but no one is interested in what work I have to offer. As a teenager, I’m used to being turned down in life.
What people are never told, is when striving for goals/dreams, is that it is not about the actual dream or goal itself, it is more about who you become in the process of getting there. It is about the journey. You are going to feel like you get more no’s than yes’s. You are going to doubt yourself. You will be ridiculed, maybe even opposed. You will feel lonely. You will ask yourself if it’s worth it. This is what every successful person goes through when going for their goals and dreams. Embrace the process. When you come out on the other side and you hit your goals and dreams, you will have become the person you are supposed to become and it WILL BE WORTH IT! ……..NEVER, EVER, EVER QUIT!

Great read! It reminded me of when I was tryin’ to teach my son to ride his bike w/o training wheels. I GAVE UP….or at least I tried to. Not only did he make me continue, but we did it until (I) got it right.

I grew up thru rough conditions. My mom was involved in a car collision in which she was put in a wheelchair. Father went out his way to keep us moving forward. One of the most important people in my life was snatched from me. I know what I want, and where I want to be, I just need to make it. And I’m GOING to Make It Work.

I thank God for working through Diddy to stress the importance of LOVE, and for motivating, and inspiring people to grow, create, and believe that they possess the power to be whatever it is within their dreams. I love the “MAKE IT WORK” concept.
Many of our youth listen to Diddy’s music. They may not know algebra, biology, chemistry, how to compose a basic letter or how to read, but most do know the lyrics to Diddy’s latest song. I would like for him to compose one as thought provoking as MAKE IT HAPPEN.
I agree that we should “Be thankful for the inspiration, encouragement and assistance of others, but don’t let yourself be dependent.” as quoted above.
In contrast, in most cases people can not MAKE IT HAPPEN without the inspiration, encouragement and assistance from others. Once it has happened it is easy to forget the dependence that was needed to MAKE IT HAPPEN.
Diddy again, I commend you for making it happen for many, and I am quite certain that you are thankful to your fans for continuing to MAKE IT HAPPEN for you.

I really needed that! Sometimes you don’t need a handout just a hand up or a word of encouragement. I just had a friend speak negatively and now I was feeling low but I know its just a reminder that I am responsible for where I go from here….I’m in the fire but with God I know I am fireproof just like the three hebrew boys!

You say make it work, and I say work it out. I’ve been through a lot, and accomplished a lot telling my self that same thing over and over. When my challenges get more difficult and I feel broken and want to just give up, I tell myself cry tomorrow there’s no time today. You cannot just have a plan B!
