THE MIRACLE OF THIS MOMENT
In the miracle of this moment is everything. All the beauty, all your thoughts, your feelings, your awareness, your possibilities, are now. Now is the clear, limitless presence of being. You are here, you are now, you are alive and aware and able to act.
As you take in the unique beauty of this moment, you feel your purpose more intensely than ever before. There is a reason you feel that purpose. There is a reason why your desires speak so loudly to you, a reason why your dream fills you with joyful longing. In following that dream, in living that purpose, you will know your greatest fulfillment.
What you seek is not out there somewhere. It is here and it is now, in this very moment. It is within you. Let go of the petty, meaningless worries and the frivolous dramas invented by your ego. Let yourself be truly and joyfully you. Feel the warm, pure, unwavering glow of purpose, your purpose.
The miracle of this moment is that you can know its beauty and wonder. Take it in, let it be, and feel the power of your purpose as it makes the next moment even more beautiful.

Shadow
He sits alone crying at night
For all the loss that he has had
He searches his mind for better times
But can’t find a day when he’s not sad
Upon waking the next morning
He pulls himself out of his bed
Forcing his heart to carry on
He shakes the cobwebs from his head
His shadow is slow to follow him
Passing the window in the hall
It disappears for just a second
Then casts it’s black along the wall
The two of them start their day off
Just like so many days before
He stops in the kitchen to eat a snack
Before joining the world outside his door
Hopping side to side behind him
As the light shifts within the streets
Trying to keep up and not miss a thing
It’s within his head that his heart beats
His shadow is the encouraged one
Dodging cars and stomping feet
There is no fear in his shadow’s life
But for him it’s constant defeat
He walks along with his trailing companion
Keeping his focus on the ground
He catches a glimpse of his shadow dancing
As if making music from the city’s sound
Slowing down for the street lights ahead
He stops for a second to think
As his shadow catches up beside him
He looks down and gives it a wink
He takes off running like never before
In hopes of beating his confident friend
Laughing out loud and taunting the ground
He’s found a way to let his life mend

It’s the “NOW MOMENTS” that really make me smile…think about how u’ll maybe never have this moment again; but we were blest with the gift of memory so we can take the now with us into 2moro; And everytime we grow, progress or advance, we’ll have past moments to look back on and new moments to create, but the beauty always is in the “NOW” moment(s). Put very eloquently, these messages are needed for our present moment and our future generation’s.
