Parisian street artist JR has been awarded the $100K TED prize, which awards prizes to innovators & creatives making moves in the world. Congrats JR! His street art has been seen all over the world and features bold, photographic canvases of black and white and mostly features human faces to create a connection with people. Plus, he brings in locals from the area to help with the installations, making each piece of art very specific to its locale.

Props to Johnny Depp for making a little girl's day!! Beatrice Delap wrote to "Captain Jack Sparrow" asking for some help with a fun "mutiny" at school with her and her fellow "budding pirates."
